[mrtg] Making MRTG Traffic Analysis live on the net

Hello,
 
I have successfully set up MRTG on my server computer, and can access it
locally in a browser by navigating to:
 
file:///usr/local/mrtg-2/share/mrtg2/icons/localhost_2.html
 
What do I need to do so that the localhost_2.html file can be accessed
publicly on the internet, rather than just locally to the server?
