[mrtg] Problems in installing MRTG.

Here are the details of the versions that i am using. I think these the are
the latest available versions. But i am not sure about the combination of
the version that i am using, that which is compatible with which one. please
correct me if i am wrong.

MRTG = Version       : 2.16.2
Perl =Version            : 5.10.0
SNMP_Session = VERSION = '1.12'
BER = VERSION = '1.05'
