Its only snmp issue . I means your snmp is not public ..plz confirm at switch 2650. and no need to create to new cfg file just add target in old cfg file ...with confirm snmp..

No. Interface 3 is not commented out. That section refers to
192.191.191.21_3

But like I mentioned there aren't any 192.191.191.21_3 files.
Some of the interfaces are commented out. Approximately half are. I'm
guessing, those were not active when the config file was created.

What is a good way to organize many devices? I was thinking of building
a cfg directory under the mrtg. It looks like each device will have many
associated html files and that could get complicated. Then perhaps one
master page with a link to all the individual pages I've made with
indexmaker. What did you do?
No, use rrdtool and Routers2.cgi and stop rebuilding those .png files
every 5 minutes. Huge waste of CPU cycles and severely limits the
number of devices you can monitor using mrtg.

I am just guessing here as I can not tell enough about your
configuration as you have not posted it and you would need to post your
apache configs also.
In short, the mrtg process needs r/w access to the directories for these
files as it runs(the user it runs as via cron) and further apache needs
to have access to them and in apache's httpd.conf, you need to correctly
point it to the files mrtg is creating.
But I really recommend from what you are saying that you need to not do
native database and rateup and move immediately to rrdtool and
routers2.cgi. It will make your life easier and you don't have to build
any html files to get to the graphs. And the graphs will be created as
they are requested.
