[mrtg] New MRTG install... Run as Daemon and RRD setup?

I have a patch for MRTG to allow wildcards in the Include: directive, which I'm submitting to Tobi for approval.  The same patch also triggers a re-read of the cfg file if it's last modification time changes, useful for daemon mode.
