[mrtg] Tool zu manage and edit mrtg graphs and files

Hallo,

I m looking for a tool with a guito edit,manage and display mrtg-files.
The tool should be useable under windows and in this case simple editors 
and command-line are no alternative.
The user isn t able to use tools for experienced users.
