[mrtg] mrtg windows no grafic

hi i am installing mrtg on windows 2000 server is running but I do not
generate the graphs but after that no updates

 

perl cfgmaker GigAccess at 192.168.150.26 --global "WorkDir:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot" --output mrtg.cfg

 

is problem this part is what I updated

start /DC:\mrtg-2.15.2\bin perl mrtg --logging=eventlog imax.cfg
