[mrtg] MRTG with RRD and RRA:HWPREDICT

Ahh, right!

Whereas that here, for now, it will be implemented only on new RRD, I can
determinate RRA:HWPREDICT as pre-requisite. So if this plugin work properly,
I can try to develop a script to do what you suggested in the old RRDs.
