To suppress the component lines on a Userdefined graph, you need the
extended option 'nolines', and to suppress the numbers in the legend for
these you also need 'nodetails'. Provided you have the 'total' and/or
'average' options on the routers.cgi*Graph directive, then you'll only get
these lines displayed.

routers.cgi*Options[Bundle-Gi3A]: nolines nodetails

As far as the suppression of the Total Outgoing line, this could be because
you have the 'nogroup' extended option set, which makes a single total over
both sets of variables rather than keeping them separate. Or, you might
have a blank routers.cgi*LegendTO[] set or a 'noo' option set in the wrong
places.

I'll add a plug for the book: http://www.steveshipway.org/book/ which has
lots of handy tips and techniques. All these directives are also detailed
in the supplied documentation in the docs/ subdirectory shipped with
Routers2.
