[mrtg] SNMP v2 issues with queries

Now from everything I've read online this means the mrtg thinks that those
interfaces don't exist on the router.  Save an snmpwalk from the same
server of that device shows those interfaces.  Plus the .ok file for this
router is populated correctly.  What could possibly cause this issue?  The
commented lines above were to test when I switch to the ifIndex number.
 Switching to the ifIndex number gets me around the errors but the data
isn't correct (for the gigabit interfaces its about 200megabit shy of what
a show interface on the router reports).

This appears to only be occurring on interfaces queried with SNMP v2.  The
v1 interfaces return data normally.
