[mrtg] SNMP v2 issues with queries

Ok, so you ran cfgmaker with --ifref=ifnum, then changed the targets to use
descriptions.  
What do you get if you run cfgmaker with --ifref=descr?
Personally, I find --ifref=name to be the most usable method.
