[mrtg] 14all.cgi and rrdcached

Hi Steve,

I had this variable under Directory directive in Apache.
SetEnv RRDCACHED_ADDRESS unix:/var/run/rrdcached/rrdcached.sock

In perl-status I see that this variable is not visible. After moving under
VirtualHost it is now visible.
