[mrtg] Fixing the 32 bit wrap-around on a switch

Oh I just noticed this file :

 /usr/share/doc/mrtg-2.14.5/contrib/switchmaker/switchmaker

Is that the one that would get called for my switch?

If so can I just edit it to change the Target line there ?  I guess I can
try that and see what happens.
