[mrtg] Starting Mrtg server this week (starting tomorrow)

I will receive a machine with Red Hat running to install and start mrtg
services.
1. Installation, using yum ,but I have the package downloaded;
2. Solve the dependencies;
3. Configure the routers and switches I need to analyze.
Please someone send what needed since the number 2, because I have the
number 1.
I send the evolution here.
