This look great !! I'm also very interested when you will find the programmer of this tool.

I figured out the following:

In an old posting his email is: r.watson at utexas.edu 
In the Mrtg.class File it's written that his name is: Rick Watson.

I searched the internet for any resources but couldn't find anything.

Hey Rick, where are you ????

Anyone know more about this tool ??
