[rrd-developers] no legend

Hi all,

this _very_ small patch, allows you to turn off the legend. I needed it 
while developing an 'interactive multi-rrdgraph' generating perl-module 
(sounds strange? well it describes it best ;-) ). I'll send a pointer to 
it later.

anyhow, yet another rrd tuning feature : --no-legend
