[rrd-developers] updated aberrant behavior detection patch site

A couple of weeks ago I updated the materials at
http://cricket.sourceforge.net/aberrant/index.htm, including the slides from
my LISA 2000 talk on Dec 7.

The patch to the RRDtool source code is the same (i.e. for 1.0.28) so you
don't need to download and recompile if you are using it.
