[rrd-developers] Re: doc/Makefile conflicts with Solaris make

Tobi, I propose the following workaround:

in configure.ac, define a new variable, RRDDOC, and by default set it to
${datadir}/doc/${PACKAGE}-${VERSION}

If needed, everyone can change it during ./configure, in accordance to local 
site standards.

If you approve, I'll send the patch today.
