Basically it says 'Update this page every 5 minutes'
'Do not cache this page cos that would be daft'
'Assuming you keep a decent NTP clock, this page
will self destruct at...'
The only fun to be had is the dynamic rebuilding of the 'Expires' line
If you use shell, you can get it by using something like
GNUDATE=/usr/local/bin/date
FUTURE=`$GNUDATE --date="+5 minutes"`
