A question about rrdcgi,
when constructing the images, what would be the 'correct' way of
inserting the date of creation into the image
eg in shell I might have used 

	-v interface XYZ $DATE

however I don't see a convient way of getting the date into the graph
nor a way of getting VRULES setup (eg VRULE=daily,offset=1)

maybe I'm just thinking about this the wrong way
