If you use LINE3 followed by LINE1, this should work as you describe.
Also, you may want to check out STACK.

There currently is no "3D" effect possible (at least, not without doing
the math yourself). If you have values for device 1 that are almost
always higher than those for device two, just use AREAs in the correct
order (first device 1, followed by device 2). Two values which are the
same will just overlap exactly when using AREA twice, you can't see a
little bit of the first drawn AREA.
If you start with an AREA for device 1 followed by STACK for device
two, you end up with the total hight of the graph being the sum of device
1 and 2.
