Sort of like an initial offset for the database ? This could certainly be
implemented ... it would require a change of rrd format though ... this
means I will save this for the 1.1 series ... but keep it in mind, because I
hope we will be able to have only ONE change of dataformat ... at the moment
my plans are to incorporate sub second intervals and probably this offset
thing ...
