I'm trying to get the date at the time of graph generation into the
"comment" field of a graph produced by rrdcgi.
In Bourne shell scripts I do this by a simple:
DATE=`date`
...then use it in the comment field like this:
COMMENT:"\s" COMMENT:"$DATE\r"
But with rrdcgi there's no shell to spawn the "date" command. How do I do
this?
