[rrd-users] Problem with RRDs and RRDp on NT

What files are needed for RRDs and RRDp to work on NT 4.0. 
I get the following error with RRDp
"Your vendor has not defined Fcntl macro F_SETFL, used at C:/Perl/lib/RRDp.pm line 123."
and also get the following for RRDs
"Can't locate loadable object for module RRDs in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib"
the system is running NT 4.0 service pack 5 and Visual C++ sp3 ,Activestate perl5 (5.0 patchlevel 5 subversion 03) and GNU bash, version 2.02.1(2)-release (i586-pc-cygwin32).
