Take a look at the channelGroup (1.3.6.1.4.1.326.2.2.2.1.4). Under that, you will find:
1.3.6.1.4.1.326.2.2.2.1.4.1.1.8  chanCells: Counter

To use it, you also have to provide the port, vpi, and vci as follows:
1.3.6.1.4.1.326.2.2.2.1.4.1.1.8.[port snmp #].[vpi].[vci]

Note that Fore switches only keep per-vc stats on the incoming cells - to get both directions, you need to poll the other incoming port.
