If you have the GD perl module installed you can get a more verbose
error message with the config setting

UseRRDTool: rrdtoollog: /tmp/rrdlog

If you allready have a global "UseRRDTool" setting put it on a new line
like:

UseRRDTool: yes
            rrdtoollog: /tmp/rrdlog

A problem might be that 14all needs to write the graphics somewhere. As
it runs with the web servers user id it might not be able to write to
the rrd directory.
