[rrd-users] Problems installing rrdtool-1_0_28_x86distr.zip on Windows NT

[Per Randrup Nielsen]

When trying to install rrdtool-1_0_28_x86distr.zip on windows NT 4 (with
Active Perl v. 5.6.0) I get the following error message:

D:\rrdtool-1_0_28_x86distr\perl-shared>ppm install rrds.ppd
Retrieving package 'rrds.ppd'...
Error installing package 'rrds.ppd': Could not locate a PPM binary of
'rrds.ppd' for this platform

Any suggestions?
