[rrd-users] cannot use RRDs

I get the following message trying to run perl scripts with a "use RRDs"
statement:

"cannot find RRDs.pm in @INC..."  and then it aborts.

I tried to rerun Makefile.PL and make test as indicated on the README file
of the perl-shared directory, but the last command gives a log list of
warnings like "variable not inizialized in printf at line ....." and then
exit with an ok test result.
