| The way --lazy *should* work is exactly that. If the timestamp of the
| image file is older than the timestamp of any of the RRD files, the
| image should be regenerated.

what the lazy option does, is looking at the resolution of the
graph, say one pixle represents 1 day, so it will only update the
graph if the graph is older than 1 day regardles of the last update
times of the rrd files involved
