Shouldn't mod_perl do much the same thing?  I thought speedycgi
basically saves on recompiling the script on every execution, which is
also what Apache mod_perl does.

I'm using mod_perl (not for 14all, for Cricket's grapher) but I'm
wondering if there is some reason I should use speedy instead.
