[rrd-users] more newbie question.

ok..

here's what my rrd looks like..

rrdtool create blah.rrd -b some# -s 300 DS:somename:GAUGE:21600:1:U

Here's my Q's

RRAs:  Do I really need them?  I care nothing for averages, mins, maxs..

Whats the LAST function do in RRA's?

I just want a really BIG RRD database that stores loop back times and graphs
em for me :)

Is that TOO simple for RRD?

What I'd like is the equivalent of being able to graph the temperature
outside every 5 minutes, and graphing that data for the past 2 days..

and eventually, i'd like to make RRAs that avg per hr for a week, then days
per month, then.. well.. you get the idea..

help?
