[rrd-users] treshold emails?

Hello,

I am a complete newbie om RDD, but is it possible to let RDD generate an
email when a certain value is passed? say: i have a network link I am
monitoring, and I want an email as soon als the traffic is over 90% of the
capacity. 

Can this be done, and if yes: How?
