[rrd-users] How to store SNMP GET results into RRD???

Hi there,

I have an (Java)SNMP app that monitors routers in the network. It fetches data, timestamp it and store it in a txt file. I would like to know how can I use RRDTool to visualize this data in an HTML. 

Should I write direct from the app to the RRD???

If so, how can I do this??? Any directions??
