I'm working on a way to take the output
from /proc/net/dev in linux. That has all the
throughput from your internet devices. Like snmp
pollong of routers in a way. I had it working fine and
all. My problem was when I rebooting my linux server
and that info in /proc/net/dev get reseted to 0. Now I
had my DS line to COLLECT type. I read the doc and the
only way it'll roll over is looking for the 32 or 64
bit. Now is there a way around keeping it going or what
not once a reboot happens? Or is this a useless task?

Mike
