[rrd-users] Newbie NT question

Just getting started with RRDTool in my NT machine.  
In going through Alex's tutorial i noticed that the times are set in epoch
time, which I found out NT does not like when I was doing the first example.
What is the time format for NT machines?  I tried <mm><dd><yy><army time>,
but that did not seem to work.
