It seems to me that the image doesn't match the numbers.
Before we go any further I want you to make sure you don't:
1) add up ifInOctets and ifOutOctets and compare that to 1.544 Mbps
2) multiply by 8 a second time when you do the graph stuff
Both are wrong obviously, it is easy to make mistakes :)
Life seems more simple if you use a more common format for GPRINT;
may I suggest using "%6.2lf %Sbps" at least while troubleshooting ?
You should also print the MAX values (at least during this period).
