[rrd-users] Win32 dll and RRDTool

Is there (or could there be) a Win32 DLL version of (or wrapper for) 
RRDTool.exe ??

Now, from a Win32 application, I have to use WinExec to execute RRDTool 
commands.

There must be a better (faster) way...
