well it was not there but its in the folder from where i installed rrd.

and when i run that script from there it give me error :

can't locate RRDs.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i386-linux

/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at log2rrd.pl
line 40.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at log2rrd.pl line 40.
