Thank you everyone for getting back to me for help with the DNS
plotting.

Currently I am using the great NRG for my plotting of data, which gives
me the Error Rates, Traffic and Response times. I will be looking at
other alternatives as time goes on, but during the transition of our
name servers NRG from Steve Radar has filled the gap !
