Well,

Since what 14all.cgi basically does is generating a script
and feeding this to rrdtool, you can try to follow the RRD
specific manual pages and tutorial.

In order for "PRINT:fmin:..." to work, somewhere in the script
you should find either a DEF or a CDEF defining the "fmin"
variable.
