[rrd-users] Problem with compiling rrdtool on Sparc-Solaris 8

Hopefully someone has already seen this problem.
I am trying to compile rrdtool-1.0.33
on solaris8 with GNU Make version 3.79 and gcc version 2.95.
I start the compile with
# sh configure --enable-shared
# make CC=gcc
but.... Here is the error I am getting when I run make
