Phil,
OVMRTG used to be in the contrib directory.
It would need some work now to operate with NNM 6.2.
Otherwise look at http://www.netic.com.au/OverTimeOV.html
to see the combination of OpenView and RRDtool.

I have had a look in the archive and was surprised to find nothing on using
RRDTool to graph data from HP OpenView NNM. I am sure that there must be
