syntax:   rrdtool update file <argument> [<argument>...]

where <argument> is:  <timestamp|N>:<value>[:<value> ...]

"926733459:Counter32:" is your second argument after the filename.

The start is a timestamp.  The value is "Counter32" which is probably
parsed as zero, the 2nd counter value is unspecified and may also be
parsed as zero, dunno.
