	I am no expert of rrdtool, but I  can answer your question with what
I know.  (Not guarantee it's correct though.)

	1.  Do you have an RRA for MAX?
	2.  Do you just want it in legend or also in the graph?

	If you don't have an RRA for MAX, then maybe you need to have
"another" (new) RRD for this purpose.  If you just need the max to be shown
in legend with an RRA for it, you can use GPRINT like below.

	"GPRINT:TPS:MAX:%.2lf"
	where TPS is the vname, MAX is the CF, and the last part is the
format.
