Hmm, does:

 	CDEF:val3=val2,val2,val1,IF

work?

If (val2)
	val3 = val2
else
	val3 = val1
end if

Thanks, but that doesn't seem to be the case because
"value,UN" returns a bool which is at the correct
position for IF. Actually using EQ as mentioned will
give an RPN stack error.
