Make sure you use full paths in cron, like /usr/bin/mrtg
/etc/mrtg/bla.cfg

In a cronjob you don't know the present working directory.

Subject: [rrd-users] MRTG-ping-Probe problem

Hi,

using the ping-probe we want to monitor the response time.

We are facing the following problem,

we have created the cfg file, which we want to monitor and run ./mrtg
<cfg file> it is creating the graphs.

When we configure this on CRON the graphs are not generating.Cron log
will not have any errors.

Pls help me in resolving this.

Regards,

Gowri Shankar
