[rrd-users] RRD tools install on win2k

I have just come accross the rrdtools project and am trying to install on
win2k box.
Have latest activeperl etc

When nmake runs get following error..

NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make '../src/release/rrd.lib'

Have seen other similar messages in list but no resolution.

None of the readmes address this..

Any help?
