[rrd-users] "Premature end of script headers" for .xml execution

Hi,
After successful rrd rrdtool xport 
I'm still facing a problem with "Premature end of script headers" in Apache error_log when browsing /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/throughput_st.xml located on Solaris 7 with Apache 1.3.26 from local host with MIE 5.50.

When browsing throughput_st.xml using style sheet throughput.xsl on local PC with the same browser (MIE 5.50), it's OK.

throughput.xsl starts as follow:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> 
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl">
  <xsl:template match="/">

..

and throughput_st.xml:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="throughput.xsl"?><xport>
<meta>

..

Entering throughput_st.xml from cli
error: "./throughput_st.xml: syntax error at line 2: `newline or ;' unexpected" appears.

Should I add sth in Apache config or it's browser matter?

Hope someone can assist me on this.
