This means for all of the RRAs:
each CDP is 1 PDP.  This means each CDP is 1 hour (step size).
So, you're saving 3797 hours at maximum.  That's 158 days or so.

You didn't quite understand what parameters to use.  Please read
the tutorial.

The way you did it, the smaller RRAs are a complete waste of space.
