[rrd-users] Add previos values

I have a rrd of mails recived every five minutes. 

I want to graph number of mails I recive per hour/week/month/year.

Is it possible for rrdgraph to use some sort of cdef to ex. "add last 12
5-minute values" in the graph?

Or is there a better way? I've tried to do some magic with --step and
stuff like that, but I can't get it to work properly if I update the
rrd at random times within the limits.
