[rrd-users] Compiling rrd module for php!

I follow the exact steps in trying to build the php4 module and This is
always my outcome. 

When I do buildconf I get this error:
./buildconf 
using default Zend directory
buildconf: checking installation...
buildconf: autoconf version 2.52 (ok)
buildconf: Your version of autoconf likely contains buggy cache code.
           Running cvsclean for you.
           To avoid this, install autoconf-2.13 and automake-1.5.
buildconf: automake version 1.4-p5 (ok)
buildconf: libtool version 1.4.1 (ok)
rebuilding configure
configure:66363: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_ADD_INCLUDE
configure:66364: error: possibly undefined macro:
AC_ADD_LIBRARY_WITH_PATH
rebuilding main/php_config.h.in

And when I go to configure 


./configure: line 66359: syntax error near unexpected token
`AC_ADD_INCLUDE($RRDTOOL_DIR/include)'
./configure: line 66359: `  AC_ADD_INCLUDE($RRDTOOL_DIR/include)'


I have tried this with php versions 4.0.6 / 4.2.1 / 4.3.0
and with RRD versions 1.0.33 and 1.0.40

Any suggestions?
